Hello Mike/Hope --

Before any more time passes, I want to commend Michelle and her partner for the very thorough cleaning they did of our house on Friday, 11/20.  The house hadn't been cleaned in 4 weeks because I'd been out of town and they did a great job!  I spotted several little "extras" everywhere.  We've always been pleased with the quality of Michelle's cleaning and now her quality has improved even more!  Just wanted to give you this positive feedback.
